What is it about our nature? No matter if we are 6 months, 2 years, 30 or 75 we favor the stubbornness inside. The weight that holds us down. Keeps us from the good things, the good things our heavenly Father wants to reveal to us.
Our stubbornness keeps us from accepting sleep that will refresh us. Tummy time that will teach us how to crawl. From food that will nourish us. A change that will grow us. A letting go that will heal us.
Do you see it? Do you see the stubbornness that rises inside each one? No matter the age or life place. It is there. It is keeping us from the great God has. Satan’s tool to hold us in the dark.
What if we could escape its grip? What if we could see light, hold light, embrace Light? What if we let it go? Let the stubbornness inside fall? And in its place hold onto the good thing. The thing that will change us, grow us, shape us into something beautiful.
Why do we resist brokenness? The brokenness that will heal us, make us whole again.
It’s okay to let it go. Let go of the stubborn ache inside. As it falls you will see something greater, something beautiful replace the brokenness, the hole.
Your Father will fill. Fill you with proper glue that will hold you. Keep you.
